Synonyms: Contrived , Restrained , Repressed
Antonyms: Relaxed

2. Communique(Noun) : सरकारी परिपत्र: An official statement, especially from a government, a political group, etc.

3. Ironed out : समस्या हल की : To resolve or work out a solution to.
